Ridgewood, N.J. March 2, 2020  – One of Bergen County, New Jersey’s highest-rated real estate groups is again the top performer at Keller Williams Village Square Realty, a residential agency specializing in North Jersey neighborhoods.

Led by property marketing specialist Laura Gill, The Laura Gill Group reported more than $53 million in sales in 2019, making The Laura Gill Group the top-performing group in multiple Bergen County towns, including her hometown of Allendale. Gill also ranks seventh for performance out of more than 12,000 NJMLS-affiliated professionals statewide.

“Our group is known for honesty and integrity, so when clients come to us, they know they are in good hands and that their needs will be handled in a professional manner,” said Gill. “Most of our business comes from referral from satisfied clients.”

Gill, who specializes in residential listings in Bergen County and parts of Passaic County, credited the year’s success to a growing network of trusted resources, and a strong support team pledged to meet client needs. Servicing entry-level condos all the way up through luxury properties, the Laura Gill Group is a full service team.

“I’ve added top talent to my team over the past year, including expert sales manager Tisha Ramge,” Gill said. “We have added to our buyer specialist team and hired more administrative support, which has allowed us to provide exceptional service in all aspects of a real estate transaction. We pride ourselves on providing white glove service to our clients throughout the marketing process, negotiations, inspections, and beyond.”

Gill said that homebuyers and sellers expect real estate agents to go above and beyond showing properties, relying on trusted real estate agents to provide full-service recommendations for all-things home. The Laura Gill Group is more than happy to support those growing expectations, building a network of trusted home professionals to help buyers as they settle into their new homes. “Clients expect their real estate agent to recommend contractors, landscapers, inspectors, plumbers, and everything in between,” Gill said.

Gill added that her group heavily invests in marketing their properties, including home staging, to help attract top dollar from buyers.

“We have also invested in sophisticated marketing techniques,  so each listing we take on receives broad market exposure and reach,” Gill said.

“We are seeing more families leaving cities like Hoboken and Jersey City, and looking for their forever home in Bergen County,” said Gill. “These families want to be near a train or a bus to get to New York City. They want to be near great schools. Most of all, they want more space, and many neighborhoods in Bergen County can provide that.”

Gill said that Bergen County has also seen its share of empty nesters downsizing after their children move out of the house. “This means that plenty of beautiful homes in excellent school districts are now on the market, just in time for these growing families from the cities to move in,” Gill said.

No matter what the motivation to move to Bergen County, The Laura Gill Group is ready to match buyers with the home of their dreams.

“I serve more as an advisor than I do a real estate agent,” Gill said. “I consult with every client on every step of the way, from before the first showing to closing and beyond.”
