The team, consisting of Jeff and Tiffany Burns; Joan Burns; Shaelyn Dimiceli; Tim Drobnyk; Kathy Haungs; and John and Denice Beggs, has over a century-and-a-half combined real estate experience. Burns revealed that August’s buyers came from all over — including California, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and New York. “It’s a testament to how broad and effective our team and company’s marketing campaigns are.” And by all indications, the market strength will continue, he explains. “Interest rates are still near record lows and the summer months are usually our slowest. When snow starts to fall up north and our northern neighbors return, we typically see another boost in sales activity. With such a strong summer from a sales perspective we are very optimistic about the fall and winter season.”
