PALM BAY, Fla. – Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida is proud to announce that Phil Rotondo, a sales associate affiliated with the company in Palm Bay, has earned a prestigious spot on the 2021 REAL Trends ‘The Thousand’ list as published in The Wall Street Journal. This ranking places Rotondo within “the top one-tenth of one percent of more than 1.4 million licensed Realtors® nationwide,” per REAL Trends.

REAL Trends ranked Rotondo No. 9 on the list of the Top 250 real estate agents in the U.S. based on achieving 409 closed transaction sides in 2020. He also ranks nationally as the No. 1 Coldwell Banker affiliated agent for units sold, out of more than 96,000 Coldwell Banker® network sales professionals.

With over 16 years of experience in real estate, Rotondo successfully meets the needs of homebuyers and sellers throughout the area. His specialties include vacant land listings and sales in all of Florida and residential properties in Brevard County

The REAL Trends ‘The Thousand’ ranking consists of all real estate agents and teams throughout the United States who took part in residential real estate transactions in 2020. The individual rankings are divided into two top 250 categories, based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. To qualify, an individual agent had to close at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2020. For real estate teams, the minimum was 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. Teams are ranked by closed transaction sides and closed sales volume, divided by the sizes small, medium, large and mega.
