Coldwell Banker Realty in Texas Names Andy Goodman as District Manager in Austin

AUSTIN, TX (Aug. 2, 2021) – Coldwell Banker Realty in Texas is pleased to announce that Andy Goodman has been named as District Manager for the company’s Austin metro. In this role, Goodman will lead and support the local branch managers and affiliated agents. Goodman is an accomplished leader with over 27 years of real estate experience.

For the past eight years, Goodman served as CEO and Team Leader of Keller Williams Montgomeryville in Pennsylvania, where he helped to grow the organization to be among one of the largest and most profitable market centers in the region. From 2018 to 2019, he set a milestone by recruiting over 200 agents, including several of the top market share agents in his market area.

Goodman began his real estate career in 1995 and quickly became a $10 million+ top producer in his market. In 2010, Goodman joined the industry legend "Floyd Wickman Company" as a motivational speaker and was personally mentored by Floyd Wickman. He ultimately became a leading certified Real Estate Trainer and Business Coach. During his time with the Floyd Wickman Company, Goodman traveled throughout the country, working closely with real estate leaders and managers to improve and grow their respective organizations.
