Florida Real Estate Commission Approves 3 Hour Continuing Education Credit For "Game Changer" New Homes Course

Calling it a much-needed course, the Florida Real Estate Commission approved How To Build A New Homes Niche by New Homes Guru David Fletcher for 3 hours of specialty education credit at its May 19 meeting. 

"The course is a game changer for real estate agents because its content is written from the agent's perspective and gives broker/owners a field-tested course they can offer their agents knowing that they are learning to leverage new homes prospects and inventory to sell more resales and new homes," Fletcher said.

Graduates also receive the New Home Co-Broker designation, a certificate and tools to help them market their new services. 

"Online courses that help agents actually make more sales with fewer prospects give agents are urgently needed today in a market that offers too little salable inventory and too many homes that need renovating.

"Both brokers and homebuilders have the opportunity to brand the course and the certificate and offer the course from their websites. We are not about protecting our brand. We are about helping agents make sales they would ordinarily miss, Fletcher said.
