Central Florida Developer Providence Bringing New Kind Of New Homes Seminar To Realtors January 21

Davenport, Fl - More than 100 Central Florida Realtors reserved a seat at the January 21  seminar, sponsored by Providence, one of Central Florida's premier master planned communities, featuring Lennar Homes, Richmond American Homes, D R Horton Home, Park Square Homes, Contempo Homes, Emerald Homes and ABD (the developer and one of the home builders).

Director of Sales and Marketing Matthew Brown said that registration is closed and that interest in the seminar, How To Build A New Homes Niche,did not surprise him. 

"We are convinced that today's Realtors need saleable inventory more than anytime in history and that new construction represents a real alternative to renovation resitant resale prospects. Realtors want learn how to find new homes prospects, how to find the right inventory on demand, how to work with onsite agents, and how be a real help to many resale prospects who are resisting the need to renovate and are moving to new homes," Brown said, and they want to hear it from one who has been successful doing it. 

"We think we may be on to something, by offering a seminar not only approved for three hours continuing educational credit, but giving the agents the opportunity to earn their New Home Co-Broker designation as well.

"This is a different kind of new homes seminar, because the instructor is a real estate broker who spent his entire career working with both custom home builders and condominium developers recruiting, training and supervising onsite sales staffs, responsible for more than $3 billion in new homes sales, more than 50 percent of which was sold by co-brokers."

Instructor  David Fletcher,  a Florida licensed real estate broker, wrote the course based on his $3 billion new homes sales record over 25 years. His online course, How To Build A New Homes Niche, was approved for distant learning CE credit last May and for face to face training in December.
