Sellers have options to buy and sell with Confidence

If you haven’t noticed, home values have increased dramatically in the last year giving sellers options they may have never even considered.  As an example, if you purchased your property in the last five years, you may have increased year after year compounding new values that offer new considerations for finding a more suitable property.

The housing market inventory is cycling faster than agents can get new properties on the market.  The good news is the window of low interest rates and rising home values should make it easier for a seller to get their price and transition into their next home.

But there is some hesitancy as cited in a survey done recently by Homes.com.  The survey reported that 76% of sellers who are NOT selling their properties are searching for a new one, but something has them stuck in neutral. The report goes on to share that 60.2 % of the respondents shared they would be motivated to sell if they could confidently secure their next home.
