How to Invest In Real Estate Without Buying a Property?

Written by Posted On Saturday, 20 July 2019 05:44

There are a lot of people who look forward to investing in real estate. You might be willing to do the same but are afraid because you have never bought any property before. Well, there has to be a first time for everything. But if you feel that now is not the moment to go for that ‘first time,’ you can always invest in real estate in other ways. Here are some methods of investing in Monaco real estate without actually buying a property.

Real Estate ETFs

ETF refers to Exchange Trade Funds and these are a collection of stocks or bonds. They are combined in a single fund and work a lot like the index funds. Some people do confuse it with mutual funds. Though it works similar to mutual funds in many ways, ETFs are still a different thing on its own.
An example of ETF is the Vanguard’s VNQ which is a stock provided by real estate investment trusts. Another option can be IYR. You may like to explore other ETFs too but be sure to do some research before you put your money on the line.

Real Estate Mutual Funds

Talking about mutual funds, there are a few for real estates too. You can simply invest in them as you would in other mutual funds. DFREX is an option that you might find around because of its low rates and solid base which guarantees good future returns. Similarly, you have the TIREX as another fund that has as much as $1.9 billion in assets.

Real Estate Investment Trusts

Another option you find is the Real Estate Investment Trusts. It is one of the most popular and growing options in the area and has a lot to offer to you. If you want to hold a share in real estate without actually having a physical property, the REITs can be a great option for you. Moreover, it enhances your option by diversifying the holdings, allowing you to choose type on your own by considering the type of REITs that you invest in.

A few other options

Apart from the above, if you are willing to invest in Monaco real estate and don’t want to take the headache of holding a property on your own, you can invest in a company that is focused on real estate. Moreover, you may put your money up for home construction, get a property manager to do the work for you, or simply find other options of real estate investment available online.
