The Night Pinel Team sets the trend with three $10 million plus sales 

Winter Park, FLA. (January 4, 2022) — An extraordinary Tuscany-style Mizner Mediterranean estate has sold for $10.5 million. Located at 1411 Via Tuscany and considered one of the area’s landmark properties, this historical home boasts elevated acreage overlooking Lake Maitland on the Winter Park Chain of Lakes. Mick Night and John Pinel of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Winter Park office had both sides of the transaction. 

In the history of Winter Park, only three real estate transactions closed for over $10 million and Night-Pinel has been involved in all three and represented both the buyer and seller for two. The other record-shattering sales over $10 million including 656 North Interlachen Avenue for 11 million in February of 2017 and 1000 Genius Drive for $10.65 million in September of 2021.

The team has been directly involved in all 11 documented sales in Winter Park, over $5 million, dating back to 2016. Night-Pinel represented both the buyer and seller sides for six of those transactions. 

This most recent sale is located at 1411 Via Tuscany and considered one of the area’s landmark properties. This historical home boasts elevated acreage overlooking Lake Maitland on the Winter Park Chain of Lakes. Originally built in 1926, the residence has undergone extensive renovations and enhanced additions by Pellegrini Homes and renowned Dailey Janssen Architects completed in 2009.
