Analysis: Although the number of single family homes for sale in Waikoloa Village has remained constant, the volume of homes and condos sold increased noticeably over the last two quarters. The condo market, however, has seen a continuing tightening of inventory to the point where we have entered a Seller’s Market. With the increase in single-family home sales, that segment is also on the verge of becoming a Seller’s Market. It remains to be seen if this is a temporary spike, or a trend.
