Dallas, Texas.

It's hot and so is our market!!

No slow down in Dallas, especially in the Park Cities, Lakewood, M Streets and Devonshire...basically anywhere! Anything under $1M is gone within days with multiple offers. Lots have skyrocketed and the builders are running out of subs to do the construction. Lots in the  prime streets in the Park Cities are selling for crazy prices, especially in Highland Park. University Park has recent solds in the mid $4M range for the first time in several years. Inventory is still low,  you just have to work harder to find hip pockets (homes not listed but willing to sell for the right price).

Most economists think we're in the middle of a 5 year cycle and believe that prices will continue to increase. With interest rates on the rise and prices continuing to escalate, it's the best time to buy if you're considering purchasing the near future. With many on vacation, the market has lightened up a bit but with all the recent corporate moves to Dallas, it won't last for long.....people are still fleeing California and that won't slow down anytime soon. Texas is still one of the top places to live in the country and Dallas is one of the top cities to live in. To find the perfect home you need to use a Realtor that has her ear to the ground and networks among her peers....otherwise you will miss out on opportunities that become available.

If you're thinking about  buying or selling, please give me a call.  I've been selling real estate for over 31 years and have been privileged  to work with the most amazing clients. It's a blessing to wake up each morning and do what I love doing.....selling houses! Text or call  me at  214-244-4866
