The April 2015 Metro Atlanta Real Estate Market. In a Nutshell. 
According to the April 2015 Case-Shiller Report:
March 2015 Closings are up 26% from last month and up 11.4% compared to March 2014. Yay!
Home prices are going up at a steady rate! According to the case shiller report, the last value per square foot was 121.79. The previous value one year ago was 116.08. That is an awesome 4.92% in price per square foot in the Metro Atlanta Market!
Housing Inventory is up 2.3% from last month and up 3.8% from this time last year (2014).
Home values are moving back to a normal trend, where they peaked in July 2007 (When I purchased my home. My luck. ) Jan 2010 Through Jan 2014 (Reported March 31, 2015) Home Values Up 44%…
