(B) An agreement which would not be completed within one year
(C) A partnership agreement to buy or sell property
(D) An agreement to rent for more than one year


Answer:  (C) Choices (A), (B), and (D) must be in writing according to the Statute of Frauds. However, an agreement between two partners to purchase or sell an apartment building need not be in writing.
