VScreen Marketing Suite Proves to be a Game Changer for Real Estate Agents

VScreen offers automatically updated Market Videos and Community Videos, in addition to Listing Videos and Advice Videos. “Our Market Videos showcase the activity over time in an agent’s local footprint (pick any City, County, Zip Code) and we display the metrics for Active Inventory, Median Listing Price, Days on Market, Median Sales Price and Units Sold. We update the video automatically every month! So wherever an agent puts that Market Video, it always streams the newest information, answering the most common question of ‘How's the Market?’” said Ms. Hall.

For agents with clients who are relocating, the Community Videos are incredibly helpful. “Our Community Videos automatically pull information on an area of the agent’s choosing (City, County, Zip Code, Neighborhood) and showcases the lifestyle of that area including nearby things to do, Yelp Reviews of the local favorites, school scores, demographic details and much more,” said Ms. Hall. Listing Videos of course showcase an agent’s listing and includes your contact information, photos from the MLS, and also offers human narration, great for making a powerful listing presentation.

One unique video feature VScreen offers is the “actor based” Advice Videos, which are “best used for blogs, social media, and newsletter content to nurture your database.” Advice Videos can be generated and branded to the agent in seconds, and distributed in newsletters or on Facebook and Twitter with a few simple clicks. “Not everyone is looking to buy in the next month, but they still need some attention from their agent if they want to stay top of mind, and Advice Videos can help with that,” said Ms. Hall.

While being an incredible asset in agent marketing, VScreen also gives agents the opportunity to take back their time with a video platform that requires very little management and attention; videos are generated quickly so that agents won’t spend a lot of time making custom content, especially since the system automatically updates the videos when data changes. “We automatically stream the newest version of the video to the video code. So for example, if the listing changes price, we automatically update the video when that data hits our system,” said Ms. Hall.
