MIAMI (June 18, 2019) - Natiivo™ a revolutionary new brand by NGD Homesharing - the creators of Niido™- is set to redefine the hospitality industry. Natiivo will offer guests an elevated hospitality experience, providing the local stays they desire with the service and perks they deserve. Natiivo properties will also offer prospective buyers the opportunity to own the Natiivo lifestyle, which includes the freedom and flexibility to earn supplemental income through home sharing. Set to break ground this year, the new Austin and Miami properties will be powered by Airbnb. Airbnb will influence powered by Airbnb buildings by providing design consultation for common areas and interiors of new units to create a property optimal for home sharing. Natiivo will create spaces for local Airbnb Experiences hosts to share their passions with owners and guests, and Natiivo owners will be permitted to home share individual rooms or their entire units through Airbnb. Unit owners (hosts) who choose to share their units will be part of Airbnb’s Friendly Buildings Program, in which hosts and property managers share revenues generated from home sharing. NGD Homesharing will retain management of the buildings.
Natiivo Austin and Natiivo Miami
Located at 48 East Avenue in downtown Austin’s trendy Rainey Street District, Natiivo Austin will feature 33 floors and 249 units, comprised of fully-amenitized and furnished studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom hotel-licensed homes. Co-developed by Newgard Development Group and Pearlstone Partners, with architecture by STG Design and interiors by New York-based INC Architecture and Design, the building will feature handpicked furnishings, native design elements, hyperlocal touches and insider Austin culture in every unit, its lobby and common areas. More than 400 units will offer owners the flexibility to live and/or host to match their lifestyle, while nearly 200 units will be dedicated hotel-licensed homes (directly hosted by NGD Homesharing).
