Collaborating has so many uses in business and life. Let’s start with business. You can have a note on all your devices that updates instantly across all devices, plus somebody you have shared the note with can also access it on all of their devices. Some examples would be REALTOR® to administrative assistant, every client you collaborate with, teams could share information, brokers could have all agents and staff on the same notes. In a way, Notes and Keep can become a group chat feature by adding all the collaborators to a single note–when anybody posts a message on the note all collaborators see the updates. In life, think about grocery lists you share with your significant other; both of you add items but whoever is at store has the list. I could list many other business and life uses for collaborating, and I’m sure you could also come up with a few yourself.

What Google Keep looks like:
Information Management is one of the most crucial parts I outline to have good organizational skills. Notes and Keep go a long way to having an organized place to store and find information. Personally, I have Notes on all my Apple devices, which were posted on my Palm Pilot Vx in 2000. Recently I stayed at a hotel chain which I haven’t stayed in years. Looking in Notes I quickly found the hotel chain along with user and password. Yes, you can move them from device to device or platform to platform as you change and upgrade!
My three parts to being organized are Contact Management, Time Management, and now, Information Management.
