Bring it Home Communities™ Launches, Bringing Associations and MLSs New Revenue Streams Through Their Consumer Sites

One of the most-watched technology start-ups is Bring it Home Communities™, which officially launched in the second half of 2019. The company brings to market a model that brings recurring revenue to MLSs and associations and provides a local alternative to the major listing portals.

“Our goal is to return real estate back to the community,” explains John Giaimo, President and CEO of Bring it Home Communities. “We do this by monetizing the relationships that associations and MLSs have with those involved in the buying and selling process. The program includes combining a robust and eloquent consumer platform with true cost of ownership along with other features, including new life cycle advertising that brings value to all involved.

The new company leverages the very latest technology from web powerhouse TLCengine and integrates cutting-edge, cookie-less life cycle advertising from AdPersistence. Bring it Home Communities also coordinates the advertising sales, which in turn creates a high level of recurring revenue for the association or MLS.

“There’s been a feeling in the industry that the major portals have taken over the local real estate communities from a marketing standpoint. We’re delivering a new way to take some of this control back, while generating a beautiful consumer experience and revenue for our partners,” Giaimo continues. “Our unique technology solution will present listings in an entirely new way.”

The patented life cycle advertising component is equally impressive. Ads appear on multiple platforms and sites, including desktops, smartphones and tablets, providing an expanded life span. The “My Offers” component allows consumers to store, share and print savings from advertisers, and also has a built-in, searchable ad directory.

For advertisers, the ability to present their ads on a hyper-local level targeting their exact audience is also very appealing. “A lot of advertisers don’t have the opportunity to reach their target in an affordable or easily understandable way,” according to Giaimo. “With our model, we can create the ads, show how they perform, and do this for as little as $250 per month. That’s a great value,” Giaimo concludes.
