Each year Stefan Swanepoel and T3 Sixty creates the Top 200 Power List of individuals in real estate, really as a result of all of the other research conducted by Stefan's Team throughout the year.
If you have been in the real estate industry for any period of time, you are probably familiar with a number of leader and influencer "lists" published by different organizations each year...but how do people "make" these lists? Are there criteria beyond intuition and the press people receive over the year? Are they merely "popularity contests" made up of friends and sponsors?"
Not this one. The Top 200 list is built with facts about the candidates and, according to Stefan, who I spoke with about this yesterday, about 75% of the decision to include an individual on the list is based upon a rigid process and objective criteria such as the Organizations to which the candidate belongs, the present activities of the Candidate, and the Candidate's future impact on the Industry.
