It’s always nice to look at the top-selling real estate professionals for inspiration. In 2020, the following were the agents who excelled.

Alexa Lambert

Alexa Lambert works in New York City for the Compass agency. The Wall Street Journal ranked her as the number one residential broker in the U.S. in 2020. In 2017 and 2018, she was ranked as the number one broker in New York City.

She did 104 transactions in 2020 and a volume of more than $761,650,00.

Alexa works with clients in a variety of price ranges, uptown, and downtown. Her clients include executives and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, investment bankers, celebrities and also foreign buyers.

Alexa recently sold a $19 million co-op on Fifth Avenue and a downtown townhouse for nearly $30 million.

Jade Mills

Made Mills works in Beverly Hills, California for Coldwell Banker Realty. With 30 transactions in 2020, she did a volume of almost $370 million. Jade has more than $6 billion in total sales, and she works with tech company leaders and celebrities. In 2019, Jade became the top worldwide real estate agent for Caldwell Banker.

She regularly appears in media, including on Bloomberg TV and Fox News, to share her real estate expertise.

In the last three years, Jade was the representative on the biggest sales in Los Angeles, each of which was over $100 million.

In addition to working in Beverly Hills, Jade represents buyers and sellers in Bel Air, Pacific Palisades, Hollywood Hills and Holmby Hills.

Jade is the Co-Chairman of the International Luxury Alliance.

Serena Boardman

Serena Boardman has consistently been ranked as the number one real estate broker in New York City. She works for Sotheby’s International Realty, and in 2020, she had more than 20 transactions for a total volume of $365 million.

Since starting with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2001, she has sold more than $2.6 billion in real estate.

Tere Foster

Working in Bellevue, Washington, Tere Foster of Compass was just behind Serena Boardman in volume in 2020, with total sales of almost $356 million.

Tere Foster is frequently named as one of the top-ranked agents in the country, and she has more than 25 years of experience selling residential real estate.

She started Team Foster more than 15 years ago, and the team often has record-breaking sales.

Chris Cortazzo

Working for Compass, Chris Cortazzo is a top-selling agent not just in the Malibu area but the entire country. With 63 transactions in 2020 and a total volume of almost $319 million, Chris specializes in luxury beach real estate. He was also born and raised in Malibu.

Neill Bassi

Neill Bassi is the top San Francisco broker and a native of the city. In 2020, he oversaw 50 transactions with a total volume of almost $287 million. In both 2018 and 2020, the Wall Street Journal named Neill as the best individual sales agent in San Francisco. Most of the properties Neill represents are between $2 million and $10 million.

Neill has also brokered the sales of homes for $25 million or more on a number of occasions.

Judy Citron

Judy is ranked as the number seven agent in the U.S. based on her 2020 transactions. She has been selling homes in Menlo Park since 1995, and she works with clients on every step of the building and design process as well. Judy has lived in Menlo Park for 25 years, so she’s familiar with everything the area has to offer.
