In May 2021,  Bring it Home® Communities announced the product launch of Before They List™ mobile/PC broker application. A tool used to gauge interest from other agents in an office, to determine market viability, which can be used by the agent or broker to help generate a listing agreement.

A Homes.com survey notes that homeowners would make a move if they knew their current home could sell for asking price or top market price.

The Before They List app can be beneficial in making this determination using the expertise of the agents within an office that truly know and understand the community and specific neighborhood.

A natural progression to the office environment is to assist homeowners that are outside of the office.

Before You List is a consumer facing lead generation application that is marketed on Facebook and other sites to engage consumers in a conversation before they list.

An office may determine their budget and length to facilitate the Before You List campaign.  Our staff places ads specific to their geographic location. Exclusive leads are added to a CRM and transmitted via email and text. This program is designed to function with the Before They List™ application.
