Garage is a Must Have When You Rent a Residence in Long Island

Written by Posted On Thursday, 09 November 2017 14:55

Okay, we all agree that owning a car in Long Island City is a problem if you don’t have a parking space, and that the ideal would be to rent Long Island luxury residences with a garage. But that “benefit” is worth thousands! In addition to that, if you own pets and are searching for Long Island City apartments with dog grooming station, it can be very difficult to find.

Almost anyone who once has had a car in big cities like Manhattan experienced the worst nightmares when they realized their car was improperly parked. Transit tickets can give you the headache of your life.

But do you really want to know how much you will have to pay for parking space? Get ready…$225,000. What? Yes! That’s the price of comfort.

With that money, you can definitely buy a three-bedroom house with pool in Houston and more!, If dont belive you can see in one the places I search http://www.haydenlic.com/ But believe it or not, the demand for parking spaces is huge and there are long waiting lists of buyers.

In the basement of 246 West 17th Street, eight people are willing to get one of the five private parking spaces for the price of $225,000.

You may think they’re crazy, Actually, I think they are, but what is one to do with a car in a city where it’s almost impossible to find a parking space? I think it’s a necessary evil, and you don’t have much choice other than to continue paying transit tickets, which is even worse!

The solution to this problem?

-Walk

.Take a Train

-Take a cab

-Take a bus

In my opinion, it’s not worth paying so much money. I’d rather go for a walk and breathe fresh air than spend $225,000 for a parking space with no windows, no views and no walls. Absolutely nothing at all.

Think about it!
