Rebuilding your real estate website

Most real estate agent websites are terrible but every real estate agent needs one or sometimes even two.  If you have been in real estate for a while now, you know this.  But what you may not know is that now could be time to redesign or upgrade your site so it works better on all devices. You do not need a mobile app, just website that is responsive to any type of device. Your mobile site will never be as good as a desktop site. There's not a single mobile app that is better than the actual desktop website version. The good news is that y
ou don't need to spend much money to get a new real estate website up and running but if time is money, a new site can get expensive. In order to create a useful website, it needs to have a lot useful content. Content takes a lot of time to create and publish.
Changing is hard when you have something that is good enough but not great.  Since 2008, we have been using the same old real estate website to target sellers who are interested in the flat fee MLS services.  In 2013, we wanted to tweak the site.  In 2014, we wanted to change the site. In 2015, we wanted make updates to the site. We did nothing until June 2017 because the search engines were starting to penalize websites that didn't work well on mobile devices. We launched a brand new site entirely.  The process of applying a website template was easy but tweaking it to work just right has been tough.  We have done lots of quality assurance and it has been tough.  We made mistakes, we had to redirect people to another site when things went wrong.  Our form plugins never worked right.  It was a frustrating Spring but looking back, it was worth it.

Been in this game a very long time. Have sold landmark properties around the city of Boston. Also, dabble in residential to keep sharp and knowledgeable. My biggest assets are my instincts and ability to negotiate so my clients are put in the best position to succeed.  I was trained by the best and there's not much that I haven't seen.
