What housing options are available in Annadale Staten Island?
If you take a look at the homes for sale in Annadale, you’ll find that the neighborhood consists mostly of one and two family homes and several estate homes along the shoreline.
Although it was once filled with townhouses during the late 1960’s and 70’s, builders are now sticking to semi-detached and detached houses. The townhouses for sale in Annandale range in price from $135,000 to $190,000 and in size from 1,250 to 1,800 square feet.
However, other home options are booming. Big, custom homes can be found on the west side of Arden Avenue between Amboy Road and Raritan Bay and they sell for $600,000 on up to more than $1 million. Non-custom home prices, on the other hand. run from $250,000 to $750,000.
Further south of Annadale’s downtown is a section called Southeast Annadale which typically has larger, more expensive homes, as well as a waterfront area of around 18 acres known as Spanish Camp.
As of March 9, 2017, there are about 34 homes for sale in Annadale. Lowest price starts at $369,000 and the highest is $2,200,000.
