Living In Calgary Canada

Calgary is Alberta, Canada's most populous city with a population of over 1.5 million inhabitants. It is one of Canada's wealthiest, yet most livable cities. This prairie city has a dry, sunny, cold, and windy climate. Calgary is three hours away from Canada's southern border, and a one hour drive from the Rocky Mountains.

Stop by the Canada Olympic Park to watch athletes train, or even try out some of the facilities for yourself.

Suburban development has boomed in Calgary making it an ideal place to buy a home. Compared to Vancouver and Toronto, Calgary's real estate prices are very affordable. The average pricing of a single-family home is $500,000 and $250,000 for a condominium or townhome. The prime real estate location lies in the South West and North West suburbs. These areas are the closest to the Rockies and provide stunning views of the mountains.

Technology and data aimed at improving the tenant experience are attracting more tenants into Calgary's downtown making it an excellent time for owner's who want to sell a home. The goal is to make tenants' lives easier by implementing smart elevators, HVAC systems that turn off and on, faster internet, and lighting controls.

Real Estate is extremely competitive on the web and we specialize in Real Estate Websites and Digitial Marketing for Realtors, Search Engine Optimization for Real Estate and Social Media Marketing for Real Estate.  Please don’t be confused, we are happy to work in all business verticals and have quite a bit of experience in a variety of markets.

For 2019, we have seen an expoetional increase in the ability to generate leads from local SEO for the real estate industry.  This has Google My Business taking a larger share of buyers and sellers looking for real estate online.  We understand that there is a real estate sales cycle that determines how "ready to act" the lead is.  Leads that are aquired for search phrases such as "Realtor around me" or "top realtor in my city" have a much better chance of converting than the indevidual searching for a generic real estate term.
