Fresh from the visionary minds that brought Wilmington the neighborhood of Helms Port comes the brand new community of Salters Haven at Lea Marina. This exclusive community is currently under development and will be located off Factory Road in Hampstead, NC. The community will be built around a 75-slip marina with a 90ft inlet and property owners will have the opportunity to purchase a private boat slip (25', 35', and 40'). Salters Haven will have 308 single-family homesites and 4 builders (to be announced). Custom and semi-custom floor plans can be built and buyers will not be required to build right away. There will be interior, marina front, channel front, and ICWW lots available for purchase. All will be around 1/3 an acre. However, only about 33 lots will be waterfront. Founding Members will be frequently kept up to date throughout the development process and will be invited to the launch weekend in spring 2020. Attendees of the launch weekend will have first choice of lots. They will receive pricing, HOA documents, and more a few weeks prior to the event.
