One level living is complimented by one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area. This desirable mid century home offers classic features and modern updates. With an abundance of charm and character and a huge lower level ready for anything you want it to be. Natural wood including hard wood floors. a delightful bay window and wood buring fireplace. Need parking? A significant detached garage will appeal to all. A carport is also great for those other vehicles too.

Here is what the sellers have to say:

When we first found our home at 10517 Justice Place, we were first attracted to the huge, flat yard and the perfect location! It had that “Welcome Home” feel right from the start. It is such a private community that the journey to the house is always enjoyable. What we have loved about our home is welcoming our 2 smallest children to the world. Howard County General Hospital is conveniently close. As they are growing, we really enjoy playing with our kids in the large living room, cooking big family meals in the generously sized kitchen, and enjoying both the sunrise and sunset from our porch. We had huge plans to make the lower level into a play-area extravaganza and “Man Cave”, but life is busy with kids!!!

Since living in our home we have fully renovated the master bathroom. It’s a great space to relax. Having 2 full bathrooms on the main level has been wonderful. Having everything on one level has kept us sane too. It’s a wonderful space. Having hardwood floors throughout is one of the delights of older, well built homes.  We love the huge detached 2 car garage. Perfect for “tinkering”

In Stella Glen II, our neighborhood is great for porch parties, walks around Allview Estates, and yard games on the huge property. We are also in great proximity to the highway without any of the noise! Many people have never heard of our community. The neighborhood is quiet, but with a few families with young kids. The neighbors are easy going and super friendly! It’s a close knit community and we all like to help each other out as much as we can.

Some of the things we love about living in Columbia are the easy access to all our shopping needs. Almost anything you will ever need is within a 15min drive! My kids love visiting the rock climbing gym, trampoline park, nearby playgrounds, and having a picnic in the many beautiful parks! Some of our favorite restaurants around this home are The Cheesecake Factory, Chick fil a, Koto Sake, Best Hunan, and Chutney. The grocery store we use is Harris Teeter. Maple Lawn is a short drive with great restaurants and services. also have a great proximity to the Columbia Mall…..which is in a forever state of growth with incredible stores and conveniences. On some evenings when there are concerts at Merriweather, we can sit outside and enjoy.

We moved to Howard County for the great schools! We have really enjoyed the educational journey provided by HCPSS. The proximity to DC and Baltimore and Fort Meade made this home a solid 10 for us.
