The Five Least Expensive Homes Sold in Mauna Lani Resort in 2016

Mauna Lani is a beautiful resort located on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. This Kohala Coast  resort covers over 3,200 acres and contains 15 separate neighborhoods. There are a lot more condos than single family homes located in Mauna Lani Resort so the least expensive homes are more concentrated in fewer neighborhoods. In the case of 2016, all five of the lowest priced homes are located in the beautiful community of Ka Milo at Mauna Lani and were mostly all new construction homes.

     Sold 7/27/2016 for $1,825,000 from a list price of $1,825,000

There was also a tie at numbers 2 and 3.
