Written by Posted On Thursday, 26 July 2018 23:34

Whether the event you are holding at home is a formal one or a much more casual get together with just friends or family, the food and drinks you’ll be serving will have the most effect on how much fun your guests will have.

The problem that a lot of hosts have to deal with is that most of the refreshments that come to mind when planning party menus are often already very common and have been served at so many functions that they no longer interest people. So how can you make sure your event stands out? Here are a few snack ideas that will definitely get your guests talking and remembering your event very fondly:

1. Egg Buffet bites

This snack looks very much like the classic deviled eggs but the difference is that you have a lot more to play with in terms of the toppings you can add onto them from caviar to even ice cream. You can play around as much as you like with the recipes to ensure that your guests never run out of something interesting to try throughout your event

2. Baked Meatballs

This is a good recipe if you want to be somewhat conservative especially in the event that you have older guests coming around the way to allow your recipe stand out is to sell it along with the sauce instead of by itself that way you can be creative with the sauce and ensure that your guests this something that I haven't tasted anywhere else before.

3. Gummies

If you think that gummies are just for children then you might have been right a few years ago but you're certainly very wrong now. Nowadays, if you and your guests are keen on being adventurous you can have gummies that are made out of CBD. It’s not psychoactive so you don’t have to worry about that, but the CBD gummies will certainly be very unique and tasty, to the delight of your guests.

4. Cucumber Cups

The great thing about this particular recipe is that it looks very appetizing and tastes great as well, while also being very healthy. It will definitely be a great option for those of your guests that are more health conscious and trying to eat only wholesome foods. All you have to do is hollow out some cucumbers and fill them with salads of your choice. Many people like crab or salmon but you can freestyle with whatever you prefer.

5. Scallops

If you want to explore seafood and give your guests something even more unique, scallops are the way to go. You can make the usual style by wrapping them in bacon and baking or you can remove the bacon if you want to go the vegetarian route. Whichever way you choose, just make sure you cook the orange sauce excellently to make it even more enjoyable.
