When you think of Florida you probably thing of Miami, Orlando or Tampa. These are the three cities in Florida that everyone talks about and nearly everyone wants to visit. But if you are considering moving to Florida, look at the cities that aren't as talked about but will probably make a better home. Here are the six best under the radar Florida cities to move to:

Combine this with affordable living and the chance to soak in some unique downtown culture and you'd be hard pressed to find a reason not to move to St. Petersburg.

2. Vero Beach

With amazing shopping, culture and nightlife, Vero Beach may be your next home.

3. Amelia Island

3

And unlike many coastal cities, the
Amelia Island real estate market is still reasonable.

Its population of 36,000 makes it large enough to mingle without feeling like you are living in a tourist trap. Activities you can do in Dunedin include biking, walking and fishing. If you like to be active outdoors, or desire a quaint but growing downtown, Dunedin has a lot to offer.

5. Tallahassee

5
A quaint college town like Tallahassee can be a great place to live. Located close to Georgia, the town is the ideal place to enjoy leisurely summers. Tennis and golf are two outdoor activities that you can enjoy at any time of the year. And as the capitol of Florida, anyone with an interest in politics will be right at home.

With an extremely low crime rate this upscale community is home to countless high-quality restaurants, golf courses, and white sand beaches.
