4. Store your Items by Frequency of Use

 

Another way to organize and create some functional space in your office is by storing your office equipment, tools, and paperwork based on their frequency of use. Keep frequently accessed tools such as the stapler, paper punch, and pens near your work area and those that you don't use frequently keep them further away.

 

For example, you can put the stapler, extra writing pens, and similar items in your desktop holder or desk drawer. The same applies to the paperwork you use every day. This way, your office will look for attractive and everything you need will be at your arm's reach.
