Looking for a home in Nashville's Hillsboro Village? Be aware that the number of buyers for this hot area is far exceeding homes! This means that there will be steep competition, and many homes are closing in a matter of days. What do you do in such a tough market? For starters, don't loose hope! Be prepared to make several offers which all fall through. In a market this aggressive, it's the luck of the draw, and you can't let yourself get demoralized.  

You may want to consider broadening your area. If price is less of a concern, consider the Green Hills or West End neighborhoods, which border Hillsboro Village to the south and west, respectively. Broadening your area will increase the amount of homes you can select from, increasing the likelihood that you'll get the home you want!
