THE SALES in condos built after Year 2000 was-0- unit. MARINA GRANDE closed -0- Units in April. Market wide in Palm Beach County, SALES Volume continues to decline however Average Price per Unit is holding. The county data is showing a reduction in the number of units sold. Active listings are now starting to rise and we will likely see price adjustments, as the inventory of UNSOLD CONDOS and DAYS ON THE MARKET increase. Buyers are waiting on either prices - and/or - interest rates to drop. Neither has happened to date.
