Why Didn't Buyers Make Offer On My Long Island House?

We priced it right. It's in good condition. The house is clean, and ready for show each time, but the buyers didn't make an offer.  Why?

Not every home is for every buyer. Here are some examples why some houses don't sell right away...

The neighbors dog didn't stop barking

The planes flying over head were annoying

The animal heads on your walls was a distraction

The cooking smells had them leave early

The house was on a busy road

The cell towers were too close to the house

They wanted the house to face a particular direction

The house is too small

The floor plan is too cluttered

There's no garage

There's no basement

There's not enough privacy from neighbors

There are many factors involved when a home does not sell, even if you've done everything right.
If the numbers indicate you're priced right, hang in there. Your house will sell, but it may take some extra motivation...
