It’s Spring time and it’s time to get that house ready to sell! Spring is handsdown the BEST time to put your home on the market. But, don’t take my word for it….check out the facts!
In a study conducted last year, Zillow found that homes listed between May 1 through May 15 sold on a average of 18.5 days faster than homes that weren’t listed during that timeframe. Those homes were also sold for around 1 percent more than the average listing. But, because each market is different, Zillow has taken it a step further and actually offers an online resource that will pinpoint specifically when to list your specific home.
