The conveyancer that you hire will help you when you are buying and selling the property because they can provide you with help that you need to find the right property, negotiate the price, and keep the price down.  You could get the lawyer to negotiate the deal, and they can close the deal in their office.  The lawyer will handle all the money.  They will do all the work that you need, and they will show you what you can do with the property that you have just chosen.
