Oak Creek neighborhood is comprised of 17 home tracts and approximately 1,200 homes including condos, town homes and detached single family homes. Oak Creek is located south of the 405 Freeway and borders on Sand Canyon Avenue, Barranca Parkway and Jeffrey Road. Surrounded by timeless oak trees, Oak Creek is situated between the village of Woodbridge and the Irvine Spectrum.

Parks in Oak Creek
In addition to the parks in Oak Creek, the Jeffrey Open Space Trail also spans the village’s western boarder for more nature to enjoy. The trail is lined with Eucalyptus trees and is a nice shady path perfect for joggers, bikers, and walkers who would like to enjoy some views and fresh air. The Oak Creek Golf Course is also located nearby off of Irvine Center Drive. In total, the entire community has 1,196 acres of park space!

Oak Creek Shopping Center

This small neighborhood community has a shopping center all its own located at Alton Parkway and Jeffrey Road. A local favorite is Gelson’s Market. This grocery store is comparable to Whole Foods because of its great produce and superb deli section. There are also several banks, a Walgreens and tons of quick service restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat on the go.
Alton Square

Just across the street from the Oak Creek Shopping Center on the other side of Jeffrey Road is Alton Square, another shopping area with more restaurants, shops and choices for Oak Creek residents. This shopping center is primarily comprised of quick service restaurants including Chronic Tacos, Togo’s and Pick Up Stix. There are also several banks, Starbucks (of course), Ralph’s and a CVS.
Irvine Spectrum

Irvine Spectrum mall is located just 5 minutes down Alton Parkway and is one of the best places to go for fun and entertainment in Irvine. More than just a mall, this shopping center has the shops, boutiques and department stores you need plus tons of restaurants, a movie theater, kid’s attractions and a comedy club.
Quail Hill Shopping Center

Quail Hill is located on the other side of the 405 Freeway from Oak Creek and has a shopping center at the head of the community. This shopping center is around the same size as Alton Square and includes quick services restaurants, retail shops, several banks and a children’s school for learning Mandarin Chinese.
