About Orangetree
Orangetree is one of the smallest community neighborhoods in Irvine located just north of Oak Creek. This community offers some of the most affordable housing in Irvine with one bedroom condo homes starting at $280,000. Comprised of a mix of condominium and smaller homes, Orangetree is adjacent to Irvine Valley College and a popular place for students to rent.
Orangetree is in the 92618 zip code along with the communities of Oak Creek, Stonegate, Portola Springs and the Great Park Neighborhoods. The Orangetree area includes Voyagers Bible Church, Pacific Church of Irvine and is located across Irvine Center Drive from the Oak Creek Golf Course.

Parks in Orangetree
Orangetree has its own neighborhood park, Orangetree Park, and is also walking distance from the Oak Tree Golf Course. The Orangetree neighborhood park includes grassy areas and several sport courts.
OC Great Park
Orangetree is close by the Orange County Great Park as well. The Great Park area of Irvine is ever growing and evolving with new neighborhoods being built as well as more amenities and park features coming to completion. But don’t worry, there’s still plenty of fun thing to enjoy at the park now.
The Great Park is a total of 1,347 acres and includes the Great Park Carousel, Farmer’s Market and Picnic Area, Palm Courts Art Complex, and Kids Rock Playground with an interactive and educational eco-friendly tot lot. Of course the park is best known for the giant orange hot air balloon which can take you up 400 feet in the air with amazing panoramic views of up to 40 miles on a clear day.

The Irvine Village Shopping Center is the closest shopping area to Orangetree. The center has several businesses, gyms, restaurants, beauty/lifestyle boutiques and the Irvine Village Urgent Care. Located across the street from Irvine Valley College, the shopping center is popular among students and caters to them with businesses like A+ College Textbook discount store.
Orange Tree Square Shopping Center
The Orange Tree Square Shopping Center is a small shopping center with several restaurants, businesses and retail stores. This center is technically located on the outer border of the El Camino Real community and features primarily Asian eateries and businesses.
The Arbor Village Center

Located just across Walnut Avenue from the Orange Tree Square Shopping Center, the Arbor Village Center is a mix of office buildings and retail businesses offering plenty of options for Irvine residents in the Orangetree and El Camino Real communities. Popular restaurants include Lollicup, Yogurtland and Ameci’s Pizza. The Arbor Village Center is a popular hangout for Irvine Valley College students.
