The community of Rancho San Joaquin is located south of the 405 Freeway bordering on Culver Drive, University Drive and Harvard Drive within the zip code 92612. The Village is well known for its location next to the Rancho San Joaquin Golf Course, the first golf course built in Irvine back in 1964. Homes for sale in Irvine within Rancho San Joaquin consist of townhomes and condos within two communities: Rancho San Joaquin Townhomes and Rancho San Joaquin Villas.

- Mason Regional Park – Located just outside of the community on the other side of University Drive, the William R. Mason Regional Park is one of the largest regional parks in the city. Activities to enjoy at the park include hiking, biking, model boat sailing, softball, sand volleyball, kids playground and an exercise course. Tons of shady trees and the 9-acre lake make this park a beautiful and tranquil spot to visit.

The University Park Center is within walking distance of the Rancho San Joaquin Village. The center has convenient shops including a unique grocery store, Wholesome Choice. This international market not only has tons of amazing grocery and food items from around the world, it also has a fully stocked food court delicious dishes from around the world including Arabic, American, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Indian and Persian cuisine. The center also has several shops, quick service restaurants, a bank and Rite Aid store.
Park Place Shopping Center

Located off the 405 freeway at Jamboree Road and Michaelson Drive, the Park Place Shopping Center has just recently been through a remodel. The center recently built a brand new LA Fitness gym and added a parking structure. There are tons of great restaurants to enjoy including Houston’s Steak House and The Counter, and the local bar The Daily Dose. The shopping center also has several retail shops including a Sport Chalet and Verizon Wireless store.
Harvard Place

The Harvard Place shopping center is located at the intersection of Harvard Avenue and Main Street in Irvine. This shopping center is within the West Park neighborhood which is adjacent to Rancho San Joaquin. Equipped with tons of restaurants, retail shops, businesses and more, the Harvard Avenue center is invaluable to the community of Rancho San Joaquin. The center is spacious with plenty of parking and includes a Ralph’s grocery store.
