Coronado Island has a large selection of homes AND condominiums that have a waterfront location. There are a few district sections of CORONADO REAL ESTATE that I have direct knowledge of and want to point out, so here goes. 

There are 4 main sections of Coronado Real Estate that you will find Coronado Waterfront Homes. I don't have any particular favorite because I would trade up to any waterfront home in Coronado, than where I'm at now.

CORONADO CAYS WATERFRONT HOMES

First off, I love Coronado Cays. When I retire or get to the point where I want to escape the hustle and bustle of the active San Diego lifestyle, and want to escape somewhere exotic and maybe resort like, almost Hawaii or Mex like, I may like to live in CORONADO CAYS. CORONADO CAYS HAS TONS OF WATERFRONT HOMES WITH BOAT DOCKS and lives like it's own private island.

CORONADO VILLAGE REAL ESTATE

If you want to have a more active and hip Coronado lifestyle, then Coronado Village is for you. Coronado Village has CORONADO OCEANFRONT/ BEACHFRONT PROPERTIES… This is hard visualize but, CORONADO VILLAGE WATERFRONT HOMES are actually across the street from the sand, but would be the closest physical location to the ocean, thus Oceanfront Property.

CORONADO SHORES CONDOS FOR SALE

Just south of Coronado Village is a private gated condominium resort like community called CORONADO SHORES. CORONADO SHORES has like 6 different high rise condos in Coronado located at a BEACHFRONT LOCATION. Coronado Shores Condos offer an exclusive lifestyle in a very low- to no- maintenance waterfront property. 
Coronado Shores lives like a beach resort in Hawaii, located right next to the Hotel Del. 

SAN DIEGO BAY FRONT HOMES

Lastly, on the entire other side of Coronado that sits across Downtown San Diego, are Coronado Bayfront Homes, and condos, like in The Landing for instance.  I love these Coronado Bayfront Homes which remind me of something out of MIAMI VICE. These San Diego Bayfront Homes, aka San Diego Luxury Homes, San Diego Waterfront Homes, Coronado Waterfront Homes, have incredible San Diego skyline and water/ bay views.
