(August 30, 2022) — Premier Sotheby’s International Realty sales professionals Frank Lambert and Anita Lambert of the downtown Sarasota office, and Samira Easton of the company’s Venice office, will be attending the Real Estate Latin American Congress in Barranquilla, Colombia, from August 10-12. They will be representing the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee as the Ambassador Association appointed by the National Association of REALTORS®.
Hosted by the Colombian real estate association, Fedelonjas, 18 different South American and Central American countries will be in attendance. Colombia is one of the largest and fastest-growing global investors in commercial real estate in Florida and the conference will serve as an opportunity to advance real estate development while strengthening partnerships within Latin America. Together with the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, SeaPort Manatee will also be participating in an effort to enhance their commercial business sector.
