(March 11, 2024) — The City of Naples has announced that February 7th has been officially declared "Patrick O'Connor Day" by Mayor Teresa Lee Heitmann in recognition of Mr. O'Connor's outstanding contributions to the community. O'Connor has been a Naples resident since 1994 and is a top-producing global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Park Shore office.
Patrick O'Connor has dedicated himself to serving the Naples community and its residents through his tireless volunteer work and support of local organizations and non-profits. He was recognized by Naples Daily News as the 2016 Collier Citizen of the Year for his philanthropic work.
Mayor Heitmann's proclamation highlights O'Connor's remarkable journey as a Centennial Volunteer, beginning with his relocation to Naples to continue his real estate career and expanding to include a wide range of philanthropic endeavors.
O'Connor demonstrates his belief in the importance of giving back and has touched the lives of countless individuals through his acts of kindness and compassion. His involvement with various initiatives includes volunteering in NCH's Emergency Room, organizing Santa's Workshop, serving on the executive board of the Collier 100 Club, a long-time guardian for the Honor Flight program, supporting the Leadership Collier programs as well as serving numerous terms on the board of The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, and long-time supporter and board chair of the Do the Right Thing program.
