Most recently, Silva was an associate project manager for B. Riley Real Estate in Chicago, however, her real estate marketing career initially began with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty as a global advisor's assistant, where she showcased her social media prowess and aptitude for project management. Before that, her tenure as a real estate agent and marketing coordinator laid the foundation for her current marketing management role.
Returning to her roots in Naples, where Silva graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University, she ascends to a joint role as marketing projects manager and executive assistant to the CMO. In this capacity, she will also put her skill set to use with special events and social media oversight.
