As frustrating as it gets I have adapted over time and just started to think outside of the box. When I was living in Nashville, bidding wars were just an everyday part of life. Sometimes I was writing offers on homes based off of the listing agents full motion video tours and also site unseen by the buyer. I then saw the power of using video! So with the permission of the buyers and sellers I would hop on FaceTime or Skype and give my buyers a virtual tour. Most of the time it worked! This was an easy solution to a buyer who has a tough schedule to work around. Sarasota Real Estate is starting to go this direction too. When something is priced right in a hot area it gets flooded with showings. We have to adapt in these types of areas and have all necessary tools to close a deal.
