Besides being the City That Never Sleeps there are countless attractions in the Big Apple to make it feel like it’s Valentine's Day Everyday. Whether it’s taking in the view from an observatory, or going for drinks at a rooftop bar, there isn’t a lack of things to do with your significant other, in this marvelous city.

Visit One World Observatory

If someone lives here for a while and work in the city, they’ll see it from the street view with yellow taxis beeping, the smell of hot dogs in the air, and everyone else in a rush to and fro.

For a change of view, visiting the One World Observatory can be a very romantic idea for a date night. People can see the entire New York Skyline from here, including monuments like the Statue of Liberty and the Freedom Towers. People are able to enjoy the breathtaking views that can only be experienced from this attraction.

The One World Observatory is great for couples who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life because it pulls them off the street and allows them to see the city for the beautiful place that it is.

Visiting Bryant Park

A little less touristy than Rockefeller, Bryant Park is one of the best places for ice skating, and the Winter Village is phenomenal. This is a great place for people to get into the holiday spirit, and enjoy the magic that not only New York provides, but also that of the holidays!

Bryant Park is great for year-round entertainment. There are free summer movies, a French-styled merry-go-round, and other activities that are best enjoyed in the company of others.

Visit a Rooftop Bar

The last thing on our list of the top romantic things to do in NYC is grabbing drinks on a rooftop bar. Being able to view the skyline during the beautiful spring weather and sip on a cocktail is an ideal date. Catch up, take in the views, and if it feels right, plan talk about where the next date should be at.

Our suggestion is to check out Gallow Green. This rooftop bar has created the atmosphere of an old garden party. Actors from the play are also the waiters, and they interact with guests while in character. It’s a one of a kind experience, and it’s better if both parties are into the theatre arts.

The Bottom Line

There are many things a couple new or old can do while living in New York. There are just a few suggestions we have, but there are endless things a couple can do in a city as awesome as this one!
