This is it guys. Today marks the beginning an end of a YouTube Era for Torey Howarth Real Estate. We are officially turning the page and looking forward.
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Torey (some call me "T") and I help urbanites interested in real estate connect the dot's between what they think they know and what they really need to know to be successful in today's markets. I have a passion for building businesses too.
Many people talk about the “grind” and the “hustle”. What does it all mean? Well today is not the day I bore you with that. Today is actually the day I pivot Torey HOWARTH Real Estate Marketing & Sales in another direction. I am gonna tell you more about my pivot later. It will only make sense if you understand my approach though, so bear with me for a minute.
See building a business is all about the journey. Most importantly though, it is not losing focus of the goal. The goal is to grow a $500,000,000 real estate sales business. This number is up from $100,000,000 a few weeks back in my “7,341.33” video. Why the increase? Because it is just me and where my energy is at. It is the goliath I am creating in the public’s eye that people are casually overlooking (I love it by the way).
My goals are large in many people’s perception, so along the way, the only thing that stays the same is my motivation to achieve my big goal. What I mean by this is as days pass, our perspective changes on things. As our perspective changes, we need to adapt and pivot our energy to follow to new courses of direction. That is what is happening here.
I have my north star focused in my sights and I know it is far away, but I can get there. What will keep me going is my desire to not lose focus of that star and be humble enough to make the necessary switch-up’s needed to convey my value properly to the rest of the world
So my business model has not changed much, and I don’t expect that to change. I feel strongly that this won’t largely change because that is the IP I love so much. How I am changing though is my process is enhancing. I am still creating a real estate media company that I label as “marketing” because no one will understand my goal. I am just enhancing the way you are perceiving my content. Today is the day that I make the public commitment to quality at almost all costs.
See, I know some people love my content. Other’s could care less about the stuff I do. I don't care about the latter half, I care about the people who care about me. How can I make your experience better? How can I make you more engaged for your own good? That is the stuff I am talking about. From this day forward, I am committed to enhancing my video/audio quality and my edits to leave you with a more enjoyable and captivating experience.
I have a really rough idea of how much extra effort this will take, but I am here to make the commitment to myself and you that things are getting even better. Are you coming along for the ride?
