Real estate marketing is getting a major upgrade with the introduction of zigna, a new real estate photography service that makes booking an expert photographer simpler and faster than ever.

Zigna has been a major player in northern Europe since 2013 and is now the second-largest real estate marketing company in the region. Co-founders Nicolai Afseus and Jesper Lundsgaard Hansen hope to bring the Nordic standard of high-end, professional photography to the New York City market and beyond.

“We’re on a mission to help real estate agents boost their sales by simplifying the way they market their listings through photography,” said Afseus. “Unlike other photo agencies in the U.S., we’ve taken the entire booking process online and accelerated turnaround time to a mere day so that agents can spend less time on logistics and more time closing deals.”

Speed and convenience on an easy-to-use website

Zigna is New York City’s only real estate photography agency that delivers high quality photos overnight. The company offers a full suite of photography services through its easy-to-use online booking platform.

The competitively priced service allows real estate agents to choose from several affordable photo packages or customize a package that meets their specific needs. In addition to traditional images, zigna provides slideshow videos, 2D and 3D floor plans, and lifelike virtual staging. After an agent books an appointment with a local photographer at a convenient time, high quality, retouched photos are delivered by email the next day.

A U.S. takeover begins in Brooklyn

Zigna opened its first U.S. office at the Brass Factory in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2015 and in less than a year has amassed more than 140 clients from brokerages including Douglas Elliman, Corcoran and Oxford Property Group.

The company leaders attribute the success to a strong local sales team and a craving among agents for an easier way to secure professional photography for listings.

“Real estate marketing has remained virtually unchanged over the past 30 years,” said Afseus. “We’re proud to be a part of the massive real estate tech boom happening in New York City right now.”

Zigna has plans to expand to Boston this month followed by several other U.S. markets before the end of 2016. To learn more, visit www.zignavisual.com
