If you’re a homeowner, you know there is no such thing as an offseason for home maintenance. No matter what time of year it is, there’s always something that needs to be done. In winter, you’re working on keeping your furnace in good working order. When spring finally rolls around, there are flowerbeds and bushes that need care. In the summer, you’re patching and sealing the driveway. By fall, you’re on to cleaning leaves out of the gutter. Then it’s winter, and you’re back to the furnace.
