Newsletter FAQ
Below please find frequently asked questions pertaining to our newsletter. When making changes to your newsletter, please ensure that you save all changes before exiting the screen.
A: Visit https://www.realtytimes.com/myprofile to login to your new dashboard.
A: Login to your My Realty Times account. On your main dashboard, click on "My Account Information."
On the next screen you'll have the opportunity to change your email address or password. Be sure to save all changes before navigating away from this page. 
A: We’ve updated our servers in order to best serve our customers. Now, all of your newsletter information will be stored in one place through your My Realty Times account.
A: From your main dashboard, navigate to “Update Profile.” On the next page, under “Newsletter Features,” find “Show Personal Article” and ensure that “yes” is selected. Next, insert an article title in the box below, “Personal Article Title,” and then enter in your article text below that in the “Personal Article Text” box.
A: From your main dashboard, navigate to “User Profile.” On the next page, under “Personal Information,” you’ll see options to insert links to your Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn pages. These will appear as clickable graphics in the upper right hand corner of your newsletter.
A: To select from one of our pre-loaded backgrounds: From your main dashboard, navigate to “User Profile.” On the next page, under “Newsletter Features,” simply click to select your desired image and save. find “Newsletter Header” and click "Select" to upload a new background. Depending on your background image, you may choose if you’d like the header text to appear in black or white.
To upload your own background image: From your main dashboard, navigate to “User Profile.” On the next page, under “Newsletter Features" you'll find “Newsletter Header.” Click "Select" to upload a new background image and save (size cannot exceed 1 GB).
For best results, header images should be 752x205 pixels. Depending on your background image, you may choose if you’d like the header text to appear in black or white. You'll find this option beneath the pre-loaded images).
A: From your main dashboard, navigate to “User Profile.” On the next page, under “Newsletter Features," you'll see our pre-loaded background images. Just below these you'll find "Header Font White." Selecting "Yes" will choose a WHITE font. Selecting "No" will choose a BLACK font. After making your selection, save any changes.
A: From your main dashboard, navigate to “User Profile.” On the next page, under “Personal Information,” you’ll see options to upload a new photo or logo.
A: Once you've logged in, on your main dashboard, find the blue "Contacts" button. On the next screen you'll have the option to individually add contacts, or import in bulk. Once added, your contacts will appear under the blue boxes.
Individual Add:
In the upper right hand corner of the "Users" page, click the "New" button. A new screen will appear with a short form. Enter in the name and email address of the subscriber you'd like to add and click "Save." That user will now appear on your User dashboard. 
Import in Bulk:
In the upper right hand corner of the User page, click the "Import" button. On the next screen, you'll have the option to copy and paste a list or to import a .csv file.
To copy and paste: Ensure that "Textarea" is selected, then simply paste your list in the box below (ensure that the list is formatted as shown in the text box example: name,email)
To import .csv file: Ensure that "File" is selected. Click "Choose file" and select the .csv file you'd like to import. Once loaded, click "Import."
On the next screen, double check that your information was collected properly. Assign a category for each column by clicking the drop down arrows. Once each column is categorized correctly, click "Import." All imported users will now appear on your User dashboard.
A: Your existing email list will be uploaded into your User dashboard for you.

A: From your main dashboard, click on the teal “User Profile” box. On the next page, under “Newsletter Features,” find the section called “Boxtext.” Copy and paste the code below, but be sure to change out the items in bold for your listing information. To find your image source, right click on the listing photo you'd like to use and select "Copy Listing Address." From there you can paste the source address:

A: From your login dashboard, navigate to “User Profile”. On the next page, scroll down to “Personal Information”. Here you’ll find all available boxes for you to update any information you’d like.
A: Changes made to your newsletter appear instantly after saving. To view changes, simply refresh your newsletter link or click "Newsletter Preview" on your My Realty Times dashboard. If changes do not appear after a couple of minutes, please clear your browser cache and refresh your newsletter link again.
A: You will no longer be receiving two separate emails for the web version and print version of the newsletter. Your print version link will now be included in the same email as your e-newsletter.
