NEW YORK (Sept. 23, 2019)-Women in PropTech, the leading global industry group for women in real estate technology, announced that nominations for the Inaugural Women in PropTech Global Awards are now open, and will close on October 4.
Women in PropTech was created to inspire the success of next-generation female leaders passionate about the future of the built environment. Headquartered in New York City, the group advocates for increased adoption of technology in real estate through awareness, education and inspiration.
“These awards will bring to light some of the incredible accomplishments by women who are driving the real estate industry into the future, and the men and women who have mentored them along the way,” said Nikki Greenberg, Women in PropTech founder and global ambassador. “This is also a unique opportunity to showcase the brilliant female minds both at the helm and behind-the-scenes who have impacted real change in real estate through technology.”
The award categories highlight different areas of innovation and leadership in the proptech sector, from innovators to entrepreneurs to mentors. The six award categories are: Global Vision (Highest Honor); Think Different; Leading Entrepreneur; Champions & Mentors; Unsung Hero; and Marketing Magnate. Nominations are welcome for individuals, colleagues and peers in as many categories as desired. The ‘Champions & Mentors’ category is open to all mentors, not exclusively women. The Summit expects more than 200 professionals in real estate and proptech and will feature presentations, panels and hands-on workshops from influencers in technology, real estate and capital.
Winners of the Women in PropTech Global Awards will be announced at a gala on November 14, 2019, as part of NYC Real Estate Tech Week. Judges include a global panel of PropTech leaders. To learn more about how to get involved as a partner or sponsor, email
