1. Paint Refresher - If your current bathroom vanity cabinet is still providing good storage and is still strong, all you need is to give it a new fresh look with a coat of stain or paint. For a stained cabinet, first sand off that old finish and then apply a new stain color. For previously a stained cabinet, you should also first sand off the gloss, smoothen out any damage using filler, and finally apply a fresh coat of primer. If you have the room to hide your toilet, but not the budget, a decorative screen or a nice piece of storage furniture can be placed beside the toilet to create the needed barrier without having to meet the cost of a framed new wall.

Life is easier when you have all the things you need within an arms reach, and this is especially true for a bathroom. Having to go to a different room to get a wash cloth, soap, shaving cream, toothpaste, etc. takes up too much of your precious time. Some ideas include: getting rid of products that you no longer use, designating drawers for particular family members, sliding drawers and shelves easily pull in and out so items deep in the cabinet can be kept orderly and viewable, and adding a free standing rack for clean towels and additional toilet paper.
